Crisp and delicious. These are two of the words that best describe Audrey’s Chia Cookies. There are others of course: all-natural, non-GMO, preservative free, DANG DELICIOUS. You get the idea. But we often hear the question, “Are your cookies chewy of crunchy.” And the answer is a resounding, “Crunchy.”
They can be dipped in a delightful mug of coffee on a cool fall day or eaten as you run out the door. They make the perfect morning delight, afternoon treat or midnight snack. But even with all these benefits, our cookies have what we view to be a sparkling silver lining: cookie crumbles. Look in the bottom of any bag of Audrey’s Chia Cookies and you will find the tell-tail sign of just how crisp these chia-packed goodies really are.
But wait! Those tiny treasures aren’t for the trash! There are so many wonderful ways they can be eaten, and we encourage you to get creative.
One of our favorites (if you’re feeling particularly indulgent) is to sprinkle your chia cookie crumbles onto ice cream or frozen yogurt.
